Cucumber, honey & almond soup
Serves 6 persons
Ingredients
2 Cucumbers
3 spoons of honey
A few drops of almond essence to taste
Salt & pepper to taste
Method

Peel & top & tail the cucumber.

Put into a food processor with the honey, almond essence & seasoning.

Blend well & add a little water if it is too thick.

Strain & serve ice cold.
