The lovely folk from Leiken invited us to help with the launch of the new showroom and we planned some tiny pots of smoked fish pate and chicken liver pate. Soup shots and mini caesar salads completed the tasting. |

We love events and are lucky enough to be asked to look after some very special clients, Here we teamed up with Rui from Quinta do Barranco Longo to host a private event for 40 of the Algarve's top hotel General Managers for a meeting for ILM from Lisbon. We shopped exclusively at Loule market and served some very traditional fish, meat and cheese. A nice change from all the gourmet food our guests were used to and a nice opportunity to showcase Rui's winery.
